- All rooms are first come, first serve and must be paid for with the credit card used to hold reservations.
- Guests are free to book as many rooms as they wish, but the host is responsible for full payment and guest room assignments.
- Guests may not call to swap payment or guest information.

Cancellations
- All reservations require a valid credit card on file.
- You may CANCEL or MODIFY your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your reserved check-in date at no charge.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- All reservations will be charged with the card on file at the time they become non-refundable.

Non Refundable Bookings
- The Non-Refundable Rate Plan offers guests a discounted rate compared to our standard flexible rate.
- This rate plan requires full payment at the time of booking and does not allow for cancellations, modifications, or refunds.
- By selecting the Non-Refundable Rate Plan, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
Early Departures
- Early departures fall under our 48 hour cancellation policy and are non-refundable.
- NO EXCEPTIONS
Smoking Policy
- NO SMOKING/VAPING, OF ANY KIND, IN OR NEAR ROOMS.
- Candles and incense will be considered smoking and are prohibited in rooms and cabins.
- If evidence of any type of smoking is present, a minimum $200 fee will be added to the guest folio.
- NO EXCEPTIONS
Pet Policy
- As much as we love our furry, four legged companions, The Wells Cashiers is unfortunately not a pet friendly hotel.
- If a guest has a Service Animal, it is their responsibility to inform staff and provide proper documentation prior to check in. If staff is unaware of service animal, guest will be charged non-refundable pet fee.
- Service Animals may NOT be left unattended in room for any amount of time.
- Service Animals must be leashed at all times and under the owner's control.
- Guests are responsible for picking up after their companion.
- Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $200 fee and asked to leave the property immediately.
- If staff receives noise or other complaints from neighboring guests, you will be asked to find other accommodations and will forfeit your reservation.
